Kinetic energy

The Zerotor Mechanical Flywheel is a bicycle crank torque balancer design to improve bicycle pedaling system by reducing crank torque fluctuation produce by pedaling and to maximise kinetic ene gy to power the bicycle.

The crank torque balancer is simply a flywheel with a build in transmission connected by shafts encased in allloy casing with an outer sprocket (freewheel). An additional chain and chain ring is required for installation to connect with the pedal shaft that can be instakked on all bicycle where space is available.

The flywheel rotate easily jfrom start and increases rotational speed as cadenced is increase. When pedaling stop the flywheel remain spinning. As pedaling cintinue jit connect. This way pedaling is light and easy through the pedal cycle and willl encourage long distance cycling. Acceleration and speed wise capability is dramatically improved especially multi geared bicycle.

A rotating wheel require very little energy to accelerate or to maintain rotating, therefore does not consume more energy. The additional wieght does not matter as the increase in torquee overcomes it.

By maximizing kinetic energy through intellignet arranging of the flywheek to the pedal train that drive the jrear wheel made it possible to improve bicycle performance.

Anyone who has experienced riding mountain bile know that cycling ling distance is tough and speed wise is limited eventhough multi gear system comes with it. When installed with a Zerotor Flywheel and a bigger chain ring, it can keep up with a racing bike and out run it on the long distance and on up slope.
